Fashion Product Intelligence Lab

How to use it

1. Define the product and price bracket

Enter the product type, target market, customer, retail price range, brand positioning, estimated cost and planned order quantity.

2. Map competing brands

Record comparable products, prices, colours, shapes, availability signals, ratings and source URLs. The tool identifies which recorded competitors fall within your price band.

3. Evaluate 12-month performance

Enter monthly or annual sales data, revenue and units available to calculate performance indicators. Missing sales information is explicitly marked as unknown.

4. Record colour and shape trends

Document trend observations, source links, dates and confidence levels. The initial colour and silhouette suggestions are hypotheses to validate, not live trend forecasts.

5. Generate a product viability assessment

Review the directional score, unit economics, estimated break-even quantity, evidence gaps and recommended next steps before deciding whether to proceed.
