Focus on your breath: Start by focusing on your breath. Breathe naturally and notice the sensation of the breath as it enters and leaves your body. You can count your breaths if it helps you to stay focused. The late Kobe Bryant practiced mindfulness meditation to help him stay present and focused during games. He used a technique called body scanning, where he would focus on each part of his body and release tension.
Don't judge your thoughts: When thoughts arise, don't judge them or try to push them away. Instead, simply observe them and let them go.
